All-Breeds Rescue is an independent volunteer based dog rescue, a not-for-profit organisation established in 1997 to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome dogs who have found themselves for whatever reason without a home. We also tirelessly campaign about the homeless dog crisis and endeavor to educate and encourage the public to adopt from their local rescue instead of buying their next companion, whilst endlessly trying to dispel the evasive myth that pure-breeds don't end up in Rescue.

We aim to find each and everyone of our dogs a safe and secure lifetime home by matching the right dog to the right family. Our dogs live in home environments with experienced foster carers, where they are cared for and treated as family members until their perfect new 'forever' homes are found. Our dogs are behaviour assessed and undergo basic training before going up for adoption. They have full veterinary checks, are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, de-flead and microchipped before being rehomed. Checks are carried out before and after adoption and lifetime support offered. We have a strict non-destruction policy, which means no dog in our care is ever destroyed unless suffering beyond human aid either physically or mentally.

We hope and dream of a day when homeless dogs are no longer destroyed for want of a home. If more people made the choice to adopt from their local rescue instead of buying their next companion, this dream could so easily become a reality.
